 Blogger Class reflection Today in class, the teacher gave us a review sheet of what we were working on throughout this week. In my argumentative promp I wrote about how pit bulls are overrated. Then was sent to finish the review sheet. 

Class Reflection Today in class Mr.Rease left his sub teacher in charge of the class, so we the class had to write 15 sentences of each vocab in our vocabulary book. Pages 5-6

 Bell ringer Today we went over how to approach writings. I relearned about the big 5 which are pre write, drafting, revising, editing, and presenting. I’ve also relearned the bubble method to have your main idea and supporting idea with details of the supporting idea to make a sentence/paragraph.

My mother told me, “if you don’t remember anything I tell you, remember, not to settle for less.” With this It taught me my worth even tho I’m very self conscious. I’ve seen my mother go through a lot because of her good heart, and I’m not trying to be like that. Knowing this I’ve become more bolder with people around my age in a mature way. So I thank my mother in many ways and she’s told me a lot of things but this stook out to me the most that changed me.

 Today I’ve watched a short film called “the elevator” for my bell ringer. It was a good short film, based on a guy who’s stuck in the elevator. Well, he wasn’t really stuck per-say, but he was in a situation he felt uncomfortable in. Then tried to get out of that situation just to end up in another one. Which taught me a little bit of patience, because with patience you will get the satisfaction you wanted. 

  Ariyona Henry American Literature  1-9-2023 3rd  The elevator  The film showed some type of fear of some people who don’t like being in the same place as some big people. I liked how when he got into the second elevator thinking it was better everyone was sick. I disliked how he acted around the big people because they did nothing to him. The themes I think are 1. “Patience is key” 2.”karma will come around like a boomerang”.
